The Wounded Heroes Foundation has partnered with Easter Seals Community OneSource to help deliver assistance to injured service members and veterans. As the largest provider of disability-related services to individuals with disabilities and their families, Easter Seals is positioned to offer veterans systems of care with viable options to support and augment current reintegration efforts.
Easter Seals' Community OneSource provides service members, veterans and their families with information, system and resource navigation and personalized follow-up support as they reintegrate into their home communities.
